Its been long since I wrote a post in this blog... Now, this has been an issue keeping me occupied for quite some time. Just think, there are some children, born at rich, comfortable and happy homes and some others who are born in radically opposite situations. On one hand, there are people who are hale and healthy and on the other people with many ailments or deformities. There are people who die a very peaceful death and there are others who die in a Sudden & horrible manner.
The very thought of this discrimination haunted my mind. I used to think, why certain people experience more difficulties in their lives than others. Finally, I got an answer for all these - KARMA. Through the law of karma, the effects of all deeds actively create past, present, and future experiences, thus making one responsible for one's own life, and the pain and joy it brings to him/her and others. The results or 'fruits' of actions are called karma-phala. In religions that incorporate reincarnation, karma extends through one's present life and all past and future lives as well.
Karma is analogous to Newton's third law!
Karma effect : For every deed you do(good or bad), there is an equal result you experience.
Newton's third law : For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
While speaking about Karma, it is essential to mention about Karma Yoga. Karma Yoga is a concept given by Lord Krishna. To put it simply, Karma Yoga is the art of performing actions without expecting the results. Such a person is called KARMA YOGI. Karma yoga focuses on the adherence to duty(dharma) while remaining detached from the reward.
Let us all try to do good and be good all the time...

As the Blessed Lord says in many places in Bhagvad Gita, like "Karmanyeva Adikaraste", Nitmitta Matram Bhava, "Karyam Karma Karoti yaha" etc, Duty is the only responsibility of a person.
Just be the instrument and perform duty to the fullest level of oneself and God will decide the rest.
On Newton's 3rd law, though it seemingly looks that there are always opposite forces acting and equal in that. It is correct. But does that mean all process are reversible?. For example if we pour coffee out of the cup to the ground, how do we understand that there is opposite force that tries to put back the coffee into the cup.
Well we need to understand 1st and second law and read the 3rd law in consonance with these. First law talks about a body being static / in motion unless acted upon externally. Second law says acceleration is directly proportional to Force applied and inversely to mass of the object. With this if we analyze coffee pouring down we can reconcile the beauty of 3rd law.

the only thing I thing that might be somewhat ignored here is the consequence of good AND bad after an act of good intent. "No good deed goes unpunished" resonates here, and has helped me to simply always do the right thing because regardless there will be some negative experience, and from that you learn and you grow.
