Yes. But the realisation is the most difficult of all things in this world. Some will get the realisation with experience (when they are in their 50s or so). The challenge for humans is to get the realisation in the 20s.

but to have peace we should refrain from that feeling. for we youngsters should know how to use this ego(its a difficult art). once if u have control over ur ego then u can have peace.'I' is like an antidote as well the venom.it depends on how u use it.
