Bliss - the way to experience it

Sorrow is simply thinking about the past and worrying about the future. If we train our mind to stick to the present, i.e. LIVE WITH THE PRESENT, there would be no sorrow. For eg: when we bathe, we should enjoy that. Though this may seem simple, this is not. Just try it, u ll realize. (I have been trying for a long time, its tough :)).

I've tried to live the present but at the end of it I've always said to myself Vadivel's famous dialog: ippavae kanna kattudhae! Man, it's not easy. Another couple of things that I'm trying to practise is: to feel extremely happy with the way things are (this is because I'm starting to realize that the things that we take for granted in our daily lives are actually luxuries that, unfortuantely, not all people can claim to have)and also to wipe out all expectations about outcomes. They're are equally difficult too.
